     We have invested heavily in the latest engineering tools. We have based our mechanical design process around the leading edge 3D CAD system - SolidWorks. The sophistication of solid modeling with constraint-based design allows for exacting tolerances and smooth changes. Frame
Tank Pattern      We design and build not only all of the chassis components in house but all of the tooling that is used in the production process. Our R&D team is pushing the envelope with forward thinking designs and technology. Our design philosophy has strayed considerably from the pack, and that refusal to conform is why we set trends instead of follow them.

     One of the most powerful tools in engineering is Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Until recently, stress analysis using complicated FEA software has been almost exclusively a Fortune 500 capability. We have partnered with one of the early pioneers and top providers of FEA software, Structural Research & Analysis Corporation (SRAC). We use this software to analyze and improve designs, focusing on increasing strength and rigidity, while lowering weight. FEA Picture
